King, Ambassador Anthony Camboni, Esq.’s common sense plan could be easily accomplished. A separate statute should be enacted.

Not A Nightclub
A Motor Vehicle is NOT a “Nightclub”. Unreasonable volume is not just a violation of Common Decency, and Community Standards. Imposition of unwanted / unnecessary noise / “music” prevents Motorists from hearing emergency sirens, and other auditory stimuli, which are vital to maintaining safe roadways.
SAMPLE LANGUAGE
A person commits violation of King, Ambassador Anthony Camboni, Esq.’s “Turn It Down... Or, We Tow It Away” plan, when such person causes noise / “music” to be heard outside a motorized vehicle. The vehicle may be in motion, or stationary.
EXAMPLE 1
A person operating a motor vehicle, or in possession of a motor vehicle, chooses to violate King, Ambassador Anthony Camboni, Esq.’s “Traffic Safety Sound Solution”. The vehicle shall be immediately seized by law enforcement
Thereafter, the perpetrator, and passengers, shall be issued citations. Juvenile offenders shall be taken into custody, and released after parents / guardians have paid all fines.
Non-juvenile offenders shall be arrested, fined, and released, after all fines have been paid.
The motor vehicle shall be towed. Thereafter, the entire stereo system shall be permanently removed and destroyed. After payment of all fines, the vehicle shall be returned to the person(s) designated on the motor vehicles Certificate of Title.
Upon the second violation, the motor vehicle shall be:
( a. ) Seized, and sold at auction.
( b. ) Seized, dismantled, and sold for parts;
Upon the second violation, the vehicle operator shall be arrested, and imprisoned for not less than one year.
Passengers, shall be issued citations. Juvenile offenders shall be taken into custody, and released after parents / guardians have paid all fines.
